Celebrity Collab: Chef Ken Oringer
Rigatoni Alfredo with Miso
James Beard Award winning Chef and Chitarra Pastaria Founder, Ken Oringer, makes a delicious rigatoni alfredo with miso alongside our neurodivergent team member Chef Jeremy.
A note from Ken
Over the years, I’ve come to believe that giving back isn’t just something great chefs do — it’s part of who we are. That’s why I’m so proud to be a founder of Chitarra Pastaria, a company built to show that the kitchen can be a truly welcoming place for people on the autism spectrum.
One of the highlights of my journey as a chef has been working alongside Jeremy on our rigatoni alfredo with miso — a dish that says so much about what we’re building.
